What to expect
We run on a private track in front of the Saatchi Gallery, just off Kingโs Road. Sessions are interval-based and tailored to suit everyone, from beginners to more experienced runners.

Where to meet
We gather at the public benches outside Vardo restaurant, next to the track entrance.
Arrive by 6:45pm to be ready for a 7:00pm start. Belongings can be left by the start line with the coach (at your own risk).
